The Tampa Tribune welcomes 4 Rivers Smokehouse to the neighborhood! In this article by Landry Talley, Talley focuses on not only the menu but also our business, ethics, and how our employees feel about the company. Manager Nick West was quoted as saying, “I came from working in a family-style restaurant, so it’s great to see how much 4 Rivers has kept the family feel to its environment, especially as it’s closed on Sundays for time of worship.” He added, “It is also very consistent with carrying out its family-style label to the kitchen — even though the restaurant itself has grown from an employee staff of 30 to about 1,000, the people I work with here still have a close-knitted feel of everyone becoming family. Sometimes, even John Rivers will jump in here to help us with the flow.
