Purpose of Position

A 4 Rivers manager exercises knowledge of restaurant operations, manages staff resources, provides counsel, develops and coaches team members, and helps to build the 4R brand. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, self-directed, results driven with a passion for excellence, and a desire to serve others.

Experience

– 2 – 4 years restaurant management experience
– Proven problem solving ability in fast paced environment
– A servant based leadership style and heart
