Finding certain items in the grocery store right now can be quite challenging. 4 Rivers is here to help make things a little easier on everyone by offering

Groceries 4R You!

Groceries 4R You was created so folks can pick up the items they need at home during their next trip to the Smokehouse, such as toilet paper, paper towels, fresh chicken breast, milk, and eggs.

Add groceries to your next online order, and pick them up at your local 4R Pop-Up Drive-Thru station so you don’t even have to leave your car.

Items are available for pick-up only while supplies last. Limited quantities per guest for some items.

Pop-up Drive Thru Now Available at all 4R locations

All 4 Rivers Smokehouses will offer pop-up drive-thru stations at each location so folks can pick up or place their 4 Rivers orders without leaving the comfort of their cars. We are also, out of an abundance of caution, temporarily suspending in-store dining.

Guests can place their drive-thru orders online, via the 4 Rivers app (available on the App Store or Google Play), or by calling 844-474-8377.

During this time, our menus will be streamlined to include some of the most popular items so guests can be served as quickly and efficiently as possible.

If you prefer to have your favorite BBQ delivered to your doorstep, 4 Rivers catering is offering FREE delivery (no minimum order) within a 20-mile radius of any store location. 4 Rivers Smokehouse Founder/CEO on response to COVID-19

Friends and Colleagues:

As the effects of the Coronavirus continue to unfold, our hearts and prayers go out to all who have been affected. Despite the uncertainty of the ever-changing landscape, I wanted you to know that our priority is and will remain the health and safety of our valued guests and beloved team members.

Several measures are being taken at both our restaurants and at Catering events to ensure your safety. Some measures will result in changes in your dining experience. However, please know they are being made to protect you and those around you. The changes being implemented are consistent with the guidance provided by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local public health authorities and are guided by our company’s core values.

  • To that end, the following procedures are going into effect at all of our restaurants immediately:
  • Initiating hourly cleaning and disinfecting of tables, door handles, railings, restrooms, and other surfaces that our guests and team members come in contact with;
  • Removing paper menus from our restaurants, in favor of posted or digital versions that do not require handling;
  • Replacing automatic dispensers of forks, knives, and spoons with individually wrapped packets;
  • Giving our guests ready access to handwashing stations;
  • Reinforcing with every team member our stringent safety and cleaning procedures;
  • Requiring team members not feeling well to stay home, and supporting them through an expanded form of our sick leave program.

As the situation continues to evolve, additional preventative measures may be taken. Know that we are closely monitoring the situation, and will quickly communicate further changes as they develop.
