The flagship Winter Park eatery opened in October 2009, our second location in Winter Garden, FL in April, 2011, and our third location in Longwood, FL is now open. In 2008, owner and Pit Master, John Rivers launched a line of sauces and rubs available to the consumer along with mail-order brisket and other 4Rivers specialties.
